Michael gave me a fantastic trim today! It was my first time going to this salon. Michael made sure I felt comfortable with everything he was doing, while also offering terrific suggestions. I will definitely be back.

My grandson goes to Michael when he needs a haircut. He’s been a customer for a few years now. He’s 13 and picky about his hair. My grandson is now 19 and we are still customers of Salon 888. He’s still super picky and won’t let anyone but Michael work on his hair. He goes through fads where the colors keep changing as well as the style and Michael accommodates him. Plus, Michael is personable and a real sweetheart to talk to. If my best friend wasn’t my hairdresser, I would be a customer Salon 888.

I love this salon. I found it when I moved to the Elmhurst area, so many other salons were not taking new customers at the end of the Pandemic, and we were able to easily get an appointment. Michael is fantastic. He has cut my daughter's hair which is very, very long. He also styled it beautifully for her prom. He now cuts my son's hair. He is very talented and a wonderful person! We are all so glad we found this salon.

Loved my experience at Salon 888. Michael did such a wonderful job. He took his time and understood what I was looking for. My hair was very dark boxed dyed so it will be a process but im loving my new color. Looks healthy and natural. Thank you so much for doing such a great job. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great hairdresser in the Elmhurst community!

I love this gem of a shop just outside of the city. Michael was simply wonderful and my hair came out amazing. I wanted curls but have never been able to get a natural look quite right. Michael was absolutely able to get me exactly where I wanted to be. And he is just a fun person to sit and chat with. Everyone that I met at the salon were all genuinely nice and sometimes it's that that draws you to a place. Very friendly and welcoming! Wold definitely reccommend!

Michael gave me the best haircut I’ve ever gotten in my life. After getting my hair cut by the same person for years and not feeling satisfied, I was a bit nervous to go to someone new. As soon as I stepped into the salon I felt welcomed and each of my concerns were listened to attentively. I have never seen my fine hair look so voluminous and perfect and was absolutely amazed at the end result. I didn’t even think it was possible for my hair to look the way it does now and I feel much more confident in myself all thanks to Michael (who, by the way, is extremely friendly and personable).

Michael and Michael are exceptional. I came in to fix a disaster haircut, with my grays grown out six inches. Michael offered the best color consult I've ever had and kindly worked with the mess on my head. I now have an elegant new style. Micheal is extremely skilled and offers outstanding customer service. 100% would recommend.
